Self-Paced English Lit for Grades 11-12
Students will have their interest stretched reading in this 24-week literature appreciation class. Using 3 full-length novels, short autobiographies, plays, essays, short stories, and poems to teach deep reading and discussion skills, students will have fun exploring new authors. 3 full-length novels will be read, All Quiet on the Western Front, The Woman in White, and Dr Jeckell and Mr Hyde, as well as the in-class reading of The Tragedy of Macbeth.
